  19. INTRODUCTION.

  21. SunsetCAD is a sophisticated object based CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) program for
  22. the windows environment offering many advanced features that you would only expect 
  23. with a package costing many times the price.

  25. SunsetCAD takes advantage of the window environment to create a program that is 
  26. simple to use but and still has many powerful functions. This allows you to produce 
  27. professional quality drawings with ease and then print them on your printer or 
  28. plotter.

  71. Before installation you should have the following files:-

  73. 1.     README.TXT..................This file.
  74. 2.     SUN100A.EXE.................SunsetCAD self arcing file A.
  75. 3.     SUN100B.EXE.................SunsetCAD self arcing file B.
  76. 4.     INSTALL.BAT.................Installation file.

  78. After installation you should have the following files on your hard disk:-

  80. 1.     README.TXT..................This file.
  81. 2.     REGISTER.TXT................Where to register your copy of SunsetCAD.
  82. 3.     SUNSET.EXE..................SunsetCAD main EXE file.
  83. 4.     SUNHELP.EXE.................SunsetCAD help file and on-line manual.
  84. 5.     CADSUB.DLL..................Dynamic link library for SunsetCAD.
  85. 6.     JACK.SSD....................Sample drawing.
  86. 7.     SUPPORT.SSD.................Sample drawing.

  90. Installation:
  91.  
  92. To install SunsetCAD on your hard disk use the install program supplied.
  93. SunsetCAD requires at least 1.6Meg of free space for installation.
  94.  
  95. Installation should be done from the dos prompt as follows:-
  96.  
  97. 1)     Put SunsetCAD floppy disk into drive
  98. 2)     Log onto drive by typing  A:  or  B: .
  99. 3)     Type  INSTALL  {Source:}  {Destination:} .  The Source: is where
  100.              the floppy disk is and the destination is where you want to
  101.              install SunsetCAD.
  102.              
  103.              Example.     INSTALL A: C:   - This will install from drive
  104.                                             A to drive C.
  105.  
  106. Now the installation will being and the install program will install the
  107. program on the destivation drive in a directory called \SUNSET.

  111. Running the program:

  113. To run the program you need to add the program to a group in the program
  114. manager. 
  115.  
  116. See windows manual for Changing the Contents of a Group or from the
  117. program manager select:-

  122. Use the Browse button to select SUNSET.EXE from the \SUNSET directory.

  124. Now you can select the program from the program manager.

  128. Registering your copy of SunsetCAD.
  129.  
  130. SunsetCAD is a shareware program and you are free to use it for an
  131. evaluation period of 30 days. If you still use the program after that
  132. period then you must register it.

  135. SunsetCAD.
